You can apply on-line by completing the application below. When you come to reception, all you need to do is pay the applicable membership fee, show your photo ID and collect your membership card.

Be in the draw every Monday night during your birthday month to win $500 cash. Just place the birthday card you receive in the mail from Sharks into the box at reception, and be here for the draw between 6 and 8pm.
Receive a $5 discount off any meal any day for lunch or dinner upon presentation of your birthday voucher.
With any meal purchase, receive a free bottle of De Bortoli wine.
And you will also receive a free pot of beer, glass of wine or softdrink (upon presentation of your birthday voucher).
