Refund of event or show tickets – Victoria Point Sharks Sporting Club will only offer a refund of a ticket if an event is cancelled or rescheduled (and the ticket purchaser cannot or does not wish to attend on the rescheduled date). The refund must be applied for before the commencement of the event. Victoria Point Sharks Sporting Club does not offer refunds as a result of a change of personal circumstances, unless in extenuating circumstances.

Returns on Merchandise – Merchandise purchased may be returned and exchanged or refunded provided that:

• The item is returned within 28 days of purchase;
• The original receipt or tax invoice is produced at the time the item is returned:
• The item is in resaleable condition and is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging (if any). Our staff will assess the item and determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
